Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with ClothedInChrist. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, since our products are custom-made and printed to order, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and exchanges. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production will have started, and we are unable to cancel or refund your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at lucasbrawner118@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ask for photos of the item and packaging to help us process your claim. If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

3. Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong item or an item that doesn't match what was ordered, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will assist you in resolving the issue by either providing a replacement or a refund.

4. Return/Exchange Policy Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please double-check your order before submitting it, as all items are made to your specifications.

5. Personalized or Custom Orders If your order includes personalized text or designs, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds unless the item is defective or there was an error with the customization.

6. Refund Process Once your return or refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Shipping Costs Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order. If you are returning an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise specified.
