Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at ClothedInChrist. We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy to better understand our process.

1. Order Processing Time

Since our products are made to order, it usually takes 3-7 business days to process your order before it is shipped. This time allows for printing, quality checks, and packaging. Processing times may vary depending on demand and the specific products ordered.

2. Shipping Methods

All items are shipped using Printify Standard Shipping. Printify uses multiple carriers for Standard Shipping depending on the destination and the fulfillment center handling the order. For domestic and international orders, the most common carriers are:

Domestic Orders (United States):

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

International Orders:

  • DHL
  • USPS (when shipping from the US to international locations)
  • Local carriers (depending on the country or fulfillment center)

 

These carriers handle the delivery of your products, and Printify typically selects the carrier based on factors like cost, speed, and destination. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped, so you can track your package through the respective carrier's system.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your shipping address and selected shipping method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, the following are the general delivery estimates:

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): 5-10 business days
  • International Orders: 10-30 business days (customs processing times may apply)

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any potential delays with shipping carriers.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package as it makes its way to you. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Shipping Delays

While we aim to fulfill orders promptly, there may be unexpected delays due to high demand, shipping carrier issues, or unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience during such times and will work to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at lucasbrawner118@gmail.com to make any necessary corrections before shipment.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking shows it has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package goes missing after delivery, please reach out to your local carrier for assistance, or file a claim with them.

9. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that you may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are beyond our control, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
